It was released on May 10, 2022.^[1] It includes two songs which were digitally released as part of a weekly project in March 2022, two new songs, and instrumentals for all four tracks.

On May 1, 2022, "Tell Me" was digitally pre-released ahead of the single as the 9th song in Up Up Girls (2)'s ten consecutive weekly digital distribution project.^[2] On May 9, "Dare Datte, Idol" was digitally pre-released ahead of the single as the last song in Up Up Girls (2)'s ten consecutive weekly digital distribution project.^[3]

This is their last single to feature Yoshikawa Mayu.
