J.P ROOM Inc. (ジェイピィールーム株式会社; pronounced as J.P ROOM Kabushiki Gaisha) is an artist management company under UP-FRONT GROUP.
As of April 2019, Matsushita Kaori is the representative director of J.P ROOM, succeeding Kageyama Shigeki who became the representative director and president of UP-FRONT GROUP.
J.P ROOM was originally established in 2001 to manage Tsunku's music and stage productions, such as the first Rhythm Tengoku game in collaboration with Nintendo SPD in August 2006. When Tsunku founded and transferred to TNX in October 2006, J.P ROOM became a talent agency.
Some J.P ROOM talent are shared with its affiliate Just Production.
