Nishiguchi Takeshi (西口猛) is the current representative director of UP-FRONT PROMOTION.

Nishiguchi has been a guest for many Nanba Kazumi no Idol Sanjuuroku Bou Tokubetsu Hen talk show events at Tower Records Shibuya. His first appearance was on November 9, 2011 to promote the HELLO! PROJECT COMPLETE SINGLE BOOK. On July 12, 2014, he was a guest to promote the Hello! Project no Zenkyoku Kara Atsumechaimashita! Vol. 4. On March 18, 2015, he appeared in a Tokubetsu Hen with UP-FRONT WORKS recording director Hashimoto Shin and ANGERME member Fukuda Kanon to promote the HELLO! PROJECT COMPLETE ALBUM BOOK.[1] Nishiguchi's last known appearance was on November 20, 2015 as the sole guest for the Tokubetsu Hen ~Hello Show Deluxe~.[2]

Since it began on April 10, 2014, Nishiguchi has also been the MC for the Harosho Senya Ichiya talk events held at the Hello! Project Official Shop in Akihabara, which Hello! Project members answer 50 questions and discuss stories about themselves that fans do not know.[3]

On May 26, 2015, he appeared in a video on Warner Music Japan's YouTube channel, promoting a box set of Moritaka Chisato's 1990s tours. He spoke alongside Moritaka and was identified as "Moritaka Chisato senior staff".[4]

In February 2016, Nishiguchi was appointed the representative director of UP-FRONT PROMOTION, succeeding Ohama Minoru, who became the president of UP-FRONT AGENCY.

On May 5, 2017, he made surprise appearance at the Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2017 ~Haru no Koukai Jitsuryoku Shindan Test~ at Nakano Sun Plaza, where he made a sudden decision to debut five Hello Pro Kenshuusei members after watching them perform.[5]

In the latter half of 2017, Nishiguchi was involved in the Hello! Project Shin Member Audition. He was a member of the final judging panel and was the one to announce to the finalists that none of them had passed.[6]
